Ashley was 1 of several agents who came recommended to me by a former employee at Sam McDadi Brokerage. She had nothing but great things to say about this realty. Never have I had a harder time closing a house. Yet Ashley managed to make this the best & most memorable yet. How do you figure that? Ashley is many things: present, honest, reliable, but problem-solver has to be at the top of this list. Ashley would call to communicate a problem but already had solutions to present to me. So there’s no time to process and/or panic. She fixes it! I have used other agents in the past where I found integrity to be an issue. But not with Ashley. She is my forever agent. So much so that mid-way through this process I contacted the agent I had been lightly working with and apologized in that I wouldn’t be using her services in the future like I had previously planned. Why? What Ashley put into this sale doesn’t even come close to the commission she’s receiving, so now I gotta bring her more business to make it right!
