About Haider Hayat

Haider Hayat brings over 8 years of experience across Ontario's municipal and provincial governments, where he advised senior executives on strategic initiatives involving municipal planning, land development, infrastructure, growth management, governance, and public policy.

Throughout his career, Haider has contributed to initiatives involving real estate, housing, transit-oriented development, capital planning, and long-term infrastructure investment. His experience spans provincial ministries, municipal governments, and Crown agencies, where he supported strategic planning, executive advisory, government relations, policy development, and major infrastructure initiatives. Working alongside urban planners, engineers, architects, lawyers, economists, developers, and private-sector stakeholders has given him a comprehensive understanding of the planning, regulatory, and development processes that shape communities across Ontario.

With a strong background in strategy, analysis, and complex problem-solving, Haider approaches every real estate transaction with professionalism, due diligence, and a long-term perspective. He understands that buying or selling a property is one of the most significant financial decisions a client will make and believes every decision should be guided by thorough research, thoughtful advice, and clear communication. Leveraging his experience in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project management, Haider is committed to helping clients navigate every step of the process with confidence and clarity.

Haider holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Queen's University, an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Justice Studies from the University of Guelph, an Ontario College Diploma in Community and Justice Services from Humber Polytechnic, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. He is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Outside of real estate, Haider enjoys going to the gym, playing soccer, watching action movies, reading, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering within the community. He is passionate about continuous learning and has a strong interest in economics, investment, public policy, and the long-term trends shaping Ontario's housing market.
