About Punpher Akhil

Punpher Akhil brings a strong background in sales and client relations to his real estate practice. Beginning his career in automotive sales, he developed a sharp understanding of negotiation, customer service, and market dynamics. Since transitioning into real estate in early 2024, Akhil has quickly established himself as a top performer, earning the Rookie of the Year award in his first year.

Akhil’s expertise spans Residential, Commercial, and Investment Real Estate. He assists clients with buying and selling homes, works with businesses and franchisors on commercial transactions, and supports investors and private equity groups in running acquisition campaigns and sourcing investment portfolios across Ontario. His commitment to continuous learning is reflected in his completion of the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) courses, enhancing his ability to serve clients with diverse needs.

In addition to his professional success, Akhil actively contributes to the real estate community. He volunteers with the Young Professionals Network (YPN) at TRREB and is a proud member of TRREB, OREA, and CREA.

Outside of work, Akhil enjoys networking, attending industry events, and giving back to the community. He believes in lifelong learning and values sharing knowledge that uplifts others. In his personal time, he enjoys staying active through sports, particularly badminton and volleyball.
