Dolores’ journey into real estate began more than 15 years ago, inspired by her own experience buying a home with Sam McDadi. Maryam, with a background in science and over 13 years in quality assurance, brings a meticulous, detail-oriented mindset to real estate. A Master’s degree holder in Microbiology, she ensures her clients are informed and confident through every step of the process. Fluent in English and Farsi, Maryam’s exceptional negotiation skills and sharp analytical eye are invaluable assets for both buyers and sellers. Beyond real estate, her 25-year dedication to karate—as a 4th degree black belt, instructor, and international referee—reflects her discipline, perseverance, and determination, qualities that translate directly into her client advocacy.
