Growing up in the Caribbean, with family members deeply rooted in the construction business, it is no surprise that Gaysha feels at home working in the real estate industry.

 

Her background, enriched by an education in Child and Youth Development and Social Services, has given her a profound understanding of diversity, inclusion, and social engagement. With over eight years of customer service experience, in customer-facing roles, Gaysha has honed her empathetic, creative, and humorous personality traits to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service.

 

She brings these qualities into her work as a listing coordinator, where she combines her skills and passions to achieve outstanding results.

 

Outside of her professional life, Gaysha enjoys reading, creative writing, and spending quality time with family and friends. She lives by her alma mater's motto: "We create our own destiny," a philosophy that drives her dedication and commitment in all her endeavours.
