I had the good fortune of working with Evelyn and Marcello for the sale of my condo. From the get-go they were professional and very kind. Before I even decided to list we scheduled a casual walk through of my place. They came prepared with a binder of comps and information I needed for selling. Once I decided to move forward with listing everything happened quickly but no detail was spared. The stager came by and provided direction, followed by the photographer who came by and took photos of *everything*. The marketing material was high grade and was ready on time.
