Costs for a mover will depend on the number of rooms of furniture and the number of large heavy items such as pianos.

Renovations
You may want to make some renovations prior to moving into your new home. For instance, some buyers may want to repaint rooms to t their own tastes, or they may desire to change fixtures or carpeting, or even windows and doors. All such costs should be taken into consideration.
